Real time mineral dosing
Mineral levels can be adjusted at any time to match the coffee bean and brew method — without interrupting service. Changes take effect immediately through the system’s control interface or companion app.
No scaling, no bypass
Competing systems rely on bypassing untreated water or applying uneven mineral filters — both of which compromise water consistency. Café Station uses Bluewater's proprietary Liquid Rock mineral formula, which prevents scaling during heating and extends the life of espresso equipment.
