What is the Bluewater Control Box?

The Bluewater Control Box is the central automation component that regulates the operation of the Bluewater water purification system, including:

  • Activating the purification cycle

  • Triggering mineral dosing via the Liquid Rock system

  • Controlling solenoid valves and dosing pumps

  • Managing signals from level sensors in tanks

  • Communicating system status to visual indicators or app interfaces

It ensures stable and consistent water production with the correct mineral content, supporting high-performance water for brewing, food service, or drinking.

Key Functions

  • Automated Dosing: Activates the dosing pump in response to demand or tank levels

  • Signal Management: Interfaces with level sensors, allowing control of tank fill, shut-off and alarms

  • System Syncing: Coordinates purification and mineralisation timing to match desired water profiles

  • Power Distribution: Supplies and regulates voltage to connected components (pumps, valves, sensors)

  • Mounted on a wall or fixed panel in the utility or under-counter area

  • Connected to the Bluewater purification unit (e.g., Pro or Spirit)

  • Linked to a mineral container, dosing pump, and pressureless tank

  • Compatible with configurations using one to three water lines and multiple mineral profiles

  • No filter or fluid path inside the control box – maintenance is electrical/mechanical only

  • Troubleshooting involves checking relay functions and verifying signal continuity from tank sensors to the Control Box
