Liquid Rock is Bluewater’s proprietary mineral concentrate used to remineralise purified water with a balanced mix of calcium and magnesium. It is designed to deliver stable, great-tasting, and scale-free water for both drinking and professional coffee brewing.

What is Liquid Rock

Liquid Rock is a food-grade solution that contains minerals sourced from Sweden. It is automatically dosed into purified water using Bluewater dosing pumps and control systems to achieve a precise and repeatable mineral profile. It is used in systems like Café Station, Kitchen Station and setups with Bluewater Pro or Spirit paired with dosing control.

  • Dosing can be adjusted depending on the desired profile: low, medium or bold mineralisation (when supported by the system)

Handling and Maintenance

  • Containers are sealed and easy to replace

  • Air in the dosing line can be purged by holding the button on the dosing pump until the light turns green
