      Bluewater Café Station is a full water system for specialty coffee, combining high purification with real time mineral dosing to ensure great taste and reliable performance.

      What is Café Station?

      Café Station is a modular water treatment system that includes:

      Real time mineral dosing

      Mineral levels can be adjusted depending on the coffee bean and brew method. Changes are applied directly through the system’s control interface or app, with no need to stop service.

      No scaling, no bypass

      Other systems rely on bypassing untreated water or using uneven mineral filters. Bluewater uses Liquid Rock, a mineral formula that prevents scaling during heating and extends equipment life.

      High purification, compact system

      The SuperiorOsmosis filter removes 99.7 percent of impurities while remaining compact and efficient. Water is safe, clean and ideal for extraction, with minimal wastewater.

      Adapts to brewing methods

      • Espresso: full mineral change effect after one day

      • Filter, pour over, AeroPress, cold brew: instant effect

      • External espresso tanks: instant effect

      Installation and Operation

      Each setup includes:

      • Control box

      • Dosing pump

      • Pressureless tank with float switch

      • Liquid Rock mineral solution

      • Tubing and connectors for brewers or faucets

      The system uses light indicators for easy status checks. Green and blue lights confirm normal function. A blinking service light appears during purification or when maintenance is needed, such as filter replacement.

      Installation Scenarios

      Configurations can be adapted to fit any café:

      • One or two brewers with one or two mineral settings

      • Shared profiles between brewers and faucets

      • Up to three different mineral lines in larger setups

      Service Based Model

      Café Station is rented as a service. For 90 euros per month or 2 to 3 cents per cup, the system is installed and maintained without hidden fees. This allows cafés to serve premium water without large upfront investment.

      Support and Maintenance

      The system is designed to be low maintenance:

      • No need to check TDS manually

      • Filter replacements are simple

      • Air is purged automatically after mineral container changes

      Emergency bypass valves ensure the café can stay operational even if service is needed. Visual signals guide quick troubleshooting, and support is available if issues arise.
